Princess Anne Police Dept Press Release 9-2-14

On 8-24-14, the Princess Anne Police Department served an outstanding District Court arrest warrant on Edward Patrick Williams Jr., 32, of Princess Anne Maryland. The warrant was issued from a first degree assault investigation that occurred earlier on 8-24-14 where a security officer was assaulted in the Talons Square South apartment complex located at 30515 UMES Blvd. The warrant charged Williams Jr. with assault 1st and 2nd degree, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and affray. The security officer was transported to PRMC was placed in the intensive care unit. Williams Jr. was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $200,000 bond. Williams Jr. was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.


· On 8-24-14, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Adilberto Lovaton Hernandez, 34, of Crisfield Maryland for child abuse second degree and assault 2nd degree. The arrest stemmed from a fight complaint at the Somerset County Civic Center, located at 11828 Crisfield Lane. Hernandez was charged with child abuse 2nd degree and four counts of assault 2nd degree. Hernandez was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $75,000.00 bond. Hernandez was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.


· On 8-21-14, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Keondre Devon Perkins, 19, of Princess Anne Maryland for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop where Perkins was found to be the operator. Perkins was charged with traffic violations, possession of a controlled dangerous substance-not marijuana, and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia. Perkins was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $5,000.00 unsecure bond.
