With all the crime that goes on anyway, I wish nut cases like this would just stay home. A lot of people will not go out at night anyway, then here comes another nut - jeez.
So now what are we supposed to do? If we feel like we are being pulled over by a fake do we drive to a public place or the police station? Will we be shot at for not complying if it is a real cop? Are we not entitled to protect our own life?
This is getting out of hand.
You put on your hazard lights and drive to a popluated area, which could include pulling into the driveway of a home. Lock your doors and crack your window. Never get out of your car. You can all 911 and ask if the officer pulling you over is real.
If you got a tag shot of the vehicle, did you call the police and report it?

I have spoken to the Police this morning on this matter and they know exactly who this person is. They will be following up on this immediately and in the very least this particular person will be apprehended right away.
Go to a lighted area, a police station if possible if anyone tries to pull you over. The station is the best. A real policeman won't mind your precautions.

I never understood why anyone would pull over for an unmarked, un-uniformed anyone. If they don't at least have a full police uniform on in an unmarked car, then to hell with him, I am going to keep going.

I hope you picked up on my sarcasm! You guys always break the stories first. Sometimes it take a couple of days before our local MSM even bothers to puts it on the air.
A long long time ago, in small communities reporters would actually go and talk to the PD and FD to see what was going on, and report on it. That seems to have fallen to the wayside.
We used to know when there was a rash of robberies or home invasions, so you could protect yourself. Especially now during the holiday season, crime seems to increase.

Seriously folks...can we talk for a minute without the hate mail. When I was much younger my father spoke to me about always keeping my car door locked. Lots of my friends made fun of me until the night a man attempted to get into the car with us at a stoplight. If I forget to lock my door I always lock it if and when I see anyone on foot (it reminds me) Thankfully most cars are now self locking but some are not. Also I had a law enforcement officer tell me that if anyone (marked or unmarked) attempted to stop me ALWAYS pull into a well lit area in a parking lot or go to a home or police station. I have never regretted this information and it has saved me on a couple of occasions. Also... I had some freak attempt to drive me off the road one night and I let him chase and then forced him into a corn field. If it comes between me or a $ (car)...the car is going down. Nothing is worth more than your own life...not any make or model car.

There could be a LOT of reasons but as I told you from the very beginning, the Police know exactly who this person is and what he drives. The car is silver, by the way, not blue. When the time comes they will provide a press release.
More importantly, AT LEAST YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. IF a car attempts to pull you over, call 911 and make sure it is a Police Officer.
Now go ask WBOC and the DT's why they haven't warned you about this.
Every since this was first posted I've sat home waiting for a knock at my door.With all of the info provided why not?
