Reggie Chance was accused of smashing the window of SUV driver Alexian Lien, who was then brutally beaten by gang of bikers. An NYPD detective in group claims he only showed up at end of assault.The crazed biker who was caught on video using his motorcycle helmet to smash an SUV’s side window on the Henry Hudson Parkway was arrested Saturday night, authorities said.
Reggie Chance, 37, was cuffed in his alleged role in the brutal beatdown of Alexian Lien, who was pulled out of his Range Rover after a wild chase into upper Manhattan.
Chance, of Brooklyn, was charged with assault, gang assault and criminal mischief in the Sept. 29 attack. He is expected to be arraigned Sunday.

I am pro gun Pro 2nd amendment and pro concealed carry ....however in in a situation like that ....in a right too carry state ...what if 160 bikers pulled out their guns also..uhmm may have turned out allot worse for the family with all those thugs looking for some social justice...

welllll if your in your land rover in the middle of 200 plus bikes, your all ready screwing up. how do u end up the only 4 wheel vehicle in the middle of a pack of bikes.... you drove your vehicle where its not supposed to be, probably in a rush or out of rage. pushed urself into the midle of these bikes. Motorcycles and there riders need and demand space on the road.

The cop story about only showing up "at the end of the assault" just got exposed as a lie. New York investigators have HIM on film knocking out the rear window with his helmet. So, not only did he commit a crime (oh no!! a cop commit a crime?! say it ain't so! those damn videos!), he LIED about it, too. Now, what happens to you or me when we lie to a cop? Jail, or at least a trip to post bond....what happens to cops? I'm not sure. There's never been a case of a cop lying about anything......mu-hahahahahahhha...
