I agree 12:31 PM. also should add Quantico to the list. Heck far as goes close all except main office in salisbury. What the hech they need all these post offices for? They only deliver junk mail anyway that gets thrown in the trash. Total waste of over paid money.
It's interesting that Delaware has no offices listed. Locally, Selbyville, Frankfort, and Ocean View operate deliveries out of a rented building in area. This means that these 3 buildings alone house likely a single clerk, sell stamps, and receive items for delivery. Total waste. As for improving their business health, it can't be done.
