The American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana threatened Tuesday to
sue a northeastern Louisiana charter school if it doesn't change rules
that keep pregnant students out of the classroom and require girls under
suspicion of being pregnant to be tested.
The four-paragraph "Student Pregnancy Policy" in Delhi Charter
School's policy manual says that if a suspected girl refuses to take a
pregnancy test, she can be removed from class or the school.
That violates the U.S. Constitution and federal laws against sexual
discrimination, state ACLU executive director Marjorie R. Esman said.

If it is not a public-funded school then they have every right to prohibit pregnant students.Don't most school districts now have special schools for pregnant teens anyway?
They have every right to prohibit who and when and what they have attend.
They can be all white , all black non prenant , all pregnant some pregnant some gay , all gay etc.
Agree.
I will open a business catering to homosexuals. Then I will post a sign that straight people are not welcome. Straight people aren't going to want to shop at my store in the first place. Gays will. In a few months, I will be forced out of business. Not because of the ACLU who is busy trying to shutter the doors of Chik fil a, but because I have a microscopic customer base. WHY? Because, God made people with the drive and desire to reproduce through sexual contact with those of the OPPOSITE sex. That's why they have a name for sexual deviance! What's the name? SEXUAL DEVIANCE! (Webster:"To deviate from the norm)
Huh, never made the connection! Thanks, Mr. Obvious!
