I personally know a young woman in Salisbury who gets multiple services: WIC, food stamps, energy assistance, cash assistance...she was given the opportunity to get a free cell phone with each dept. She now has 4 cell phones from the state plus her more expensive personal smart phone. There definitely needs to be a way to check within these various agencies...especially when they are all State agencies. They were supposed to be for emergencies, but they just use up the minutes for the month and go on to the next phone. I am tired of footing the bill for all of this..
It's high time everyone just stood up and denouced these free loading sponges. Being politcally correct has worn out it's welcome.
It's time for decent people to call it as they see it.
These sponges need to be shunned by decent people in society. For example next time a coworker is all excited about their unwed teens daughter's pregnacy, and can't wait for a "grandbaby" by some tattooed up professional criminal baby daddy, look the coworker straight in the eye and say how can you be so excited your daughter is producing another sponge?

They are NOT free. By any means. They (the recipients) are just not the ones paying for them. Stop calling them free. Isn't there another name we could give them, something that might evoke a little SHAME? Oh, my bad....these worthless, multiple children, never worked in their lives, never paid taxes, rent or mortgage, have time to hang out on the corner all day but can't spend a moment looking for a job losers HAVE NO SHAME. Too bad it can't deliver about 250 volts every time a number was dialed that didn't reach a doctor, the police, or a job hotline.
