It's Just Too Hot

The Tawes Festival is in full swing but quite frankly I attended last years event in this kind of heat and it was just miserable.

While I'll miss seeing a lot of old friends and associates, I'm staying in the A/C this year and skipping it.

Has been a HHH (Hazy, Hot, & Humid) event as long as I can remember.

I agree it's just too hot. I'm funny about seafood and in this heat and it sitting out for even a short time makes me cringe.

Ireton was campaigning at the city's booth. That's a big no no Jimmy.

Salisbury didn't have a booth

The elderly and overweight people can't take a hot day

I stopped attending several years ago and will never go again. The food was always fantastic and the servers were great. The issue that I had is that I went there to eat good food in peace. Not to be pestered by politicians constantly coming up to me while I was standing in line, running on their crap, in an effort to drum up votes. I hate politicians and don't want to be bother by them.

I'm not the lease surprised that JimBeau Ireton was there -- some (his kind) like it hot!

PS did the City pay for that tent, etc. and if so how much?

That lazy fat blogger was cruising around on his scooter. That poor thing was screaming for relief.

I agree 5:59! If I want to hear their hot air I'll seek them out myself otherwise it's offensive to have them invading my space especially the democrats anymore! I've had it with them and God help the one who comes knocking on my door because it will be slammed in their face and I don't care which democrat it is! They are all cut from the same cloth-spineless morons, political conformist robots, brown nosers to unions!

6:59, the city didn't have a tent

Maybe the city could have afforded a tent if Laura Mitchell hadn't used up the whole travel budget for the entire council all on her own. Sounds like she doesn't know a whole lot about budgets, or follong one I should say.
