Charges Unlikely Against Man Who Shot Robbers
OCALA - The Internet cafe patron who shot and injured two men as they tried to rob the business will likely not face any criminal charges.
“Based on what I have seen and what I know at this time, I don't anticipate filing any charges,” said Bill Gladson of the State Attorney's Office for 5th Judicial Circuit.
Gladson said he has reviewed the security surveillance video from the cafe. While he still awaits final reports from the Marion County Sheriff's Office, he said the shooting appeared justified.

I'd make sure the robbers weren't black before I made the decision not to prosecute the shooter. Don't want another Zimmerman on your hands.
Can't a theft make a dishonest living any more without worrying about getting shot! Those youths were trying to provide for their families.

Love it when the good guys win! AND, 150, Ever shot a short barreled concealable weapon before? They suck after 15 yards at accuracy, and even more when you don;t practice every day. Good things happened here; leave it at that.

You have to wonder how many people did that guy save? All you "guns are bad" and "the police will protect us" idiots should make this picture your screen saver. Unless you have had a family member killed by some thug trying to steal $22 dollars. Then, you can use a picture of their dead body (or maybe a picture of their defense attorney who wanted everyone to know how bad the thug had it as a child) as a reminder of your naive and simple-minded philosophy. In the meantime, I'll keep my .357 clean and ready. Ya just never know when it will come in handy. Like at an internet cafe, of all places....
