I have to give it to Sen.Mikulski, she has been very good at securing federal funds for the state of Md.She has done more for the port of Baltimore than anyone since Helen Bentley.
"Secure" or extort?
I don't know if I could ever compare Barbara Mikulski to Helen Bentley. No one has ever commanded a room full of ass'es and elephants like Bentley...my Dad would say this often.
