Middletown -- As part of the Delaware Department of Transportation's (DelDOT) pavement and rehabilitation program, each year a number of roads are selected for a process called crack sealing. This routine minor maintenance is critical to prolong the pavement life and is a low cost maintenance method. Intermittent lane restrictions will occur from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with flaggers on site. This operation and the lane restrictions it necessitates are weather permitting and subject to change.
The following roads will be impacted:
Monday, March 19 and Tuesday, March 20
Massey Church Road between Blackbird Forest Road and Vandyke Greenspring Road
Wednesday, March 21 and Thursday, March 22
Caldwell Corner Road between Main Street and Grears Corner Road
Friday, March 23
Brick Mill Road between Marl Pit Road and Route 299
Monday, March 26 and Tuesday, March 27
Marl Pit Road between Route 13 and Route 301
Wednesday, March 28
Old Summit Bridge Road between Route 896 and Lorewood Grove Road
Thursday, March 29 and Friday, March 30
Kirkwood St. Georges Road between Red Lion Road and Route 13

Oh...crack SEALING. For a moment there I thought the road was being closed because people were STEALING crack.
Please Joe, don't mention a crack sealing location. 1/2 of those on welfare will show up.
