DUI Arrests Down From 2010

Thirty-nine people were arrested New Year's Eve weekend on DUI-related charges in Delaware...but the total number for the Department of Highway Safety's Checkpoint Strikeforce and Safe Family Holiday Campaigns was down from the previous year. Some 490 people were arrested during the campaign for DUI in 2011, almost 100 fewer than in 2010.

As I was saying before a pop-up ad cut me off,things are difficult enough already.Why would someone add a DUI to their problems?

They don't mention how many "Warnings" were issued, that translates into letting your friends go without an arrest.
