Judge: Youth Drunk Driving 'Must Stop'
Following the Thursday sentencing of Kevin Coffay, 20, a Md. judge says there seems to be a culture that "doesn't just tolerate" the recklessness of underage drinking and driving, but that sometimes empowers it.
This will only change when we change the utterly stupid and unenforceable laws outlawing drinking for the 18 to 21 crown, and archaic reefer madness pot laws. Any 16-21 yr old can easily get drugs and alcohol under the current system, because the 21+ crowd remembers what it was like when they were that age. Unenforcable regulation menas no regulation.
