Incident: Warrant Arrest

Suspect: Kahlique Darius Lane, 18, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 5 January 2012 at 2:19 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle operated by Kahlique Lane for a traffic violation and discovered an open warrant for Lane’s arrest. Lane failed to appear on 3 January 2012 for a District Court hearing in a Disorderly Conduct Case.

The deputy arrested Lane and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of a District Court Commissioner. Lane was detained in the Detention Center in lieu of $3,000.00 bond.

Location: 1000 block of Fairground Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: James P. Arrington, 19, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 4 January 2012 at 7:00 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to an apartment in the 1000 block of Fairground Drive and located James P. Arrington who was wanted on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. Arrington failed to appear for a Circuit Court hearing in a CDS Distribution case on 20 December 2011 which resulted in the issuance of the Bench Warrant.

Arrington was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was detained without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court judge.
