In the iconic Christmas film, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” an angel offers the beleaguered main character, George Bailey, the stark choice between a hometown named for a cruel banker or one created by and for the middle class.The banker’s town, Pottersville, is filled with bars, gambling dens and despair. The people’s town of Bedford Falls is made of hope, hard working middle class families, and their homes financed by the Bailey Brothers Building & Loan.

Even though the article is rediculous, it would still be better than socialism that has been responsible for millions of people being murdered by their government!
Dey a bunch of weird folks - the columnist is one of those who believe he ought to be given everything - pay me more for doing less and lower my taxes to boot. A glass navel would certainly help him see the wrong path he's traveling.

Gets the film 100% wrong. No one in the film got something for nothing. They got it through hard work.
The people had put money in the Bank money they worked hard for. Hardly similar to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid all legal Ponzi like schemes that only work by stealing from the new to pay the old Generation.
It's funny enough that people can't even spell the words, but they don't even know the meaning of the words they try to use.
Stop trying to impress and use words you understand.
