I normally do not see a lot wrong with smoking marijuana, but who in their right mind thinks it is okay do pull into a handicapped spot at a school yard and light up. I smoke cigarettes and wont even light them up in a school setting.

Kharma's a b!tch, huh, Stew? (Perim). This kids dad is the owner of Peninsula Periodontic and Orthodontics and has been ripping off people and insurance companies for years. Won't be long till the state will be coming down on him.

We,ve known these young men since they were little boys. This is an unfortunate incident and the fact that it is exposed on the Internet for all to see is pathetic and undeserving. We all were teenagers at one time and have done stupid things. Does the whole world really half to know and judge? Believe me, most of the people reading this would be lucky to be half the men these boys are.

anonymous 8:27, thank you for your comment.

Let it be known, this was a press release from the police department. We publish ALL press releases and so does the many of the local msm outlets.

That being said, it IS unfortunate our legislators allow such information and allow me to explain why.

In MANY of these cases the charges are dropped or the case won by their attorneys. However, once the information is on the internet there's no way to remove it.

When an employer goes to look someone up, that case or their name will show up, period.

Perhaps it can be held off until there's a conviction? A press release, that is.
