Nationwide Emergency Alert System Test Scheduled
Dover--The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Federal Communications Commission, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will conduct the first nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System at 2 p.m. on Nov. 9.

What a waste of time and money.
Government control they can shut everything down and tell us what ever they want.
