Former President Bill Clinton takes President Barack Obama to task for mishandling the debt-limit crisis in his new book, “Back to Work: Why We Need Smart Government for a Strong Economy.” He has harsh criticism of Republicans who seek to reduce the role of government, saying that American politics “have become dysfunctional," and calls for better cooperation between the public and private sectors to turn around the flailing economy.
