Gag Order Silences Parents of Boy Charged With Sexual Assault for Playing Doctor
WISC-TV, the CBS affiliate in Madison, reports that Grant County, Wisconsin, District Attorney Lisa Riniker, who charged a 6-year-old boy with first-degree sexual assault becaused he played doctor with a 5-year-old girl, has obtained a gag order that prohibits his parents, who have sued Riniker and two other county officials, from talking about the case. Iowa County Judge Bill Dyke issued the order last Monday, forcing the boy's parents to cancel a planned interview with WISC. The station spoke instead with their lawyers, who are not covered by the order:

Do we not just love our new SEX OFFENDER LAWS ?? In time 60-80% of public will be on this communist list for one thing or another as the reasons for getting on it expands every year. Just keep letting your Politicians keep using sex offender laws as a way to get you vote and watch how large this list will grow and grow to the point where it drains the budgets to keep it alive. Even now it is costing the state of md. millions more than federal funding gives us to keep it alive and that is after the free federal money we got to go along with the adam walsh act that MOST states will not accept as it will not only cost more to run than federal grants gives, but enlarge the list to include young lovers / 5 year olds and other people who gets caught up in the political wheel of scaring the public in thinking stronger laws will prevent this problem when in fact in most states it is in fact proven it does not stop this type of crime as 95% or more is committed by people close to the person and not strangers. And in passing the adam walsh act here in Md it violated the ex post facto laws of not only Md. but federal ex post facto as it brought thousands of x offenders back onto the list years after they was off it and made thousands on it for longer periods and is being fought and over ruled in many states at the costs of millions of dollars of tax payers money. These suits are here in Md. now on some levels and many more on the way and once they are over ruled the politicians will laugh as they got your vote still and at the same time cost the tax payers Millions of dollars to pass illegal laws for your vote. So in many ways you the tax payers are paying to vote for a person with no ideals on how to fight crime, only to scare you and hope you vote for them....
The government also uses this law and several others to PERMANENTLY ban (as in "for the rest of your life") gun possession. Many of these crimes that are attached to the gun ban are misdemeanors and have NOTHING to do with a violent crime. Just keep cheering and chanting USA! USA! USA! as these weasels in government keep taking the rights of citizens. Its for your own good, and they realize you can't (and really don't like to, anyway), think for yourself. By the time most of you reralize you don't have any of those rights, it will be waaaaaaay too late to complain.
So a 6 yr.old boy & a 5 yr. girl (that's kindergarten & 1st. grade) played doctor...wow, what a shocker. Was anyone physically injured? Who between the ages of
4 & 6 didn't "secretely" play I'll show you mine if you show me yours?
Get real people. Just another waste of our tax $$.
