Hey Joe,
I am writing to say thank you for posting the factual details of my inhumane treatment & horrific experience at the Dunes Manor Hotel.
I'm not sure if you are aware of the recent news of the hotel worker named Joey DeFrancesco. He too worked in an abusive & brutal environment, just as I did, at a Marriott hotel in Rhode Island. He is in a band and he decided to quit with their assistance and videotaped his resignation. He posted the video on YouTube last month that went viral and is nearing 3 Million views. The link to it is below:

Anyways, since Joey's video was so popular he created a website this month in support of abused hotel workers with hopes of opening the public's eyes and making them aware of the illegal & uncivil treatment that hotel workers across the U.S. must tolerate. He appreciated & admired my story and contacted me to request my permission to post it on his new website. Below is the link if you are interested in reading it:

Thanks again,
Andy Berges

It is not only the hotel business who treat their employees bad it is alot of them. I feel bad for those employees who work so hard and dont even get a good job,a bonus or even get paid on time.
Get used to it, it's the new normal. The sword cuts both ways however. Missed time, internal theft, low production, will cost those employers billionsof dollars.
