Why Is Damning New Evidence About Monsanto’s Most Widely Used Herbicide Being Silenced?

Dr. Don Huber did not seek fame when he quietly penned a confidential letter to Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack in January of this year, warning Vilsack of preliminary evidence of a microscopic organism that appears in high concentrations in genetically modified Roundup Ready corn and soybeans and “appears to significantly impact the health of plants, animals and probably human beings.” Huber, a retired Purdue University professor of plant pathology and U.S. Army colonel, requested the USDA’s help in researching the matter and suggested Vilsack wait until the research was concluded before deregulating Roundup Ready alfalfa. But about a month after it was sent, the letter was leaked, soon becoming an internet phenomenon.

It's what I been saying all along-the meat they sell us isn't fit to eat! If I want to poison myself I'll can do that with alcohol and cigarettes, not some food loaded up with something only a few in the corprorations even know-hiding it from the public.
Our politicians are just plain old ignorant taking up for the likes of big agribusiness.
It's nothing but a joke when they preach about our small family farms! Show me one! They are all nothing but factory farms, not even free to feed the animals what they want unless it's loaded up with antibiotics and arsenic.
The politicans esp the local ones need to do their homework and research instead of running off at the mouth on something they are clueless over. And if they want to feed their families that junk then fine but alot of people don't. Eastern Shore family farms are dead and they have been for awhile.
I'm not even a farmer and I can see it!

We've been noticing an increase in our allergy symptoms over the past 6-8 years or so, and one glaring factor is living by a large soybean field planted with roundup-ready beans.
I truly believe there are new allergens emerging from the GMO crops.
But we don't stand a chance of doing anything about it. The fix is in, and you will NOT stop them.

Bribery of every politian in sight ensures the silence. And when you are talking about this much money, things like car accidents, falling off balconies, chemically induced heart attacks, death in robbery attempts, etc (the list is endless, really) can happen to anyone.

How can our farmers be true environmentalists which the Farm Bureas say ad nauseum when the contract farmers don't even know what chemicals and the effects are because its all kept hidden?
