Lynn Cathcart is one of the meanest people I've heard speak in Salisbury. Mike Dunn gets in the top 5 too.
The class act in the room was at the council table...Cohen, Campbell, Spies. The lack of leadership quality that you see in the actions of these two past councilmen says it all. No wonder Salisbury isin the shape that it's in. The current council inherited quite a mess. The captions are really fully.
