Yes always especially when I already have the gift I received they will never know anyway.

yes. all the time. just have to be careful not to regift to the person who gave it to you LOL
I'll regift IF I know the person I'm giving it to needs it. If I have no need for it give it to someone that does.
No, I'm too sentimental. I wish I could give some of my stuff away, but alot is from my nieces and nephews and I guess you can say I'm attached to the stuff.
Yes.I go to 2 Christmas parties.At the first party I receive app 10 gifts.I carefully unwrap each gift and save the paper.When I get home I re-wrap each of the 10 gifts for the 2nd party.No one is the wiser because no one in party#1 knows anyone in party #2.The only thing different is the name tag on each.In other words,I take re-gifting to a whole new level.
