Police Arresting Fewer Drivers For DUI
Two major law enforcement agencies in the county arrested 22 percent fewer people for drunken driving last year compared to just four years ago, according to new statistics released by the departments. Read more >>

"We highly encourage officers to make traffic stops," said Wilson. Officers have stopped cars for violating minor traffic laws only to find drugs, guns, stolen goods and even wanted criminals inside the vehicles, he said.
this is why we have seatbelt, cell phone and texting laws.....pull more people over and search them! it's becoming a police state.

Trust me it's a manpower issue. You can not stop the same amount of cars with manpower down fifty percent.
Guess they will lower the b.a.c. again so numbers and revenue will go up.
