WASHINGTON - New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress.
On May 3, 2011, Holder told a Judiciary Committee hearing, "I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."
Yet internal Justice Department documents show that at least ten months before that hearing, Holder began receiving frequent memos discussing Fast and Furious.

So the head of our "social justice" department "misspoke?" Not surprised. Where's the special prosecutor? Oh, wait. That's only to investigate Republicans. My bad.

Eric Holder is one of the most vile, immoral, dishonest and racist men in the country. A very dangerous man.
Oh no!! The Attorney General of the United States "misspoke"? When you or I do THAT, the very same people call it "lying under oath" and we face JAIL TIME. The time has long passed for us to expect our top law enforcement officer to set the example, to uphold the Constituion, or to even be expected to tell the truth. Where's the guy who keeps insisting "the system" is working? Who's it working for? The public MASTERS? Remember, this little "Fast & Furious" program allowed HUNDREDS, perhaps thousands, of weapons to be sold and transferred to KNOWN criminals (althought the SAME officials tell honest, law-abiding CITIZENS that we CAN'T be trusted with guns and our 2nd Amendment rights go only as far as THEY say they do) who then used them to kill a U.S. Border Officer (a federal agent!). People get EXECUTED for that crime, but Holder says, first, he "didn't know" (a lie), and now, he "misspoke". He is an accomplice to murder, guilty of conspiracy, and now lying to Congress. Roger Clemens lied to Congress and they are ready to IMPRISON him....Holder? He merely "misspoke"....Next thing they'say is "he was just a bad apple, and NOT indicative of how our Attorneys General really are....
