Obama At Black Caucus Dinner: "I Need Your Help"

(AP)

WASHINGTON - In a fiery summons to an important voting block, President Barack Obama told blacks on Saturday to quit crying and complaining and "put on your marching shoes" to follow him into battle for jobs and opportunity.

And though he didn't say it directly, for a second term, too.

Obama's speech to the annual awards dinner of the Congressional Black Caucus was his answer to increasingly vocal griping from black leaders that he's been giving away too much in talks with Republicans — and not doing enough to fight black unemployment, which is nearly double the national average at 16.7 percent.

I would love to see someone try and put together a “White Caucus” dinner for fund raising, you would be blasted by the media and all the other liberals. Or, let’s try a “White Entertainment Network”, or a “Miss White America Pageant”, or a “United White Person College Fund”, and let’s not forget the “National Association for the Advancement of White People”.
Why is it that when you add “White people” to these groups, you suddenly become a “racist”? Yet these groups exclude white people, who are the real “Racist” in America?

obama is in "campaign mode" now. He's ok with taking a fat paycheck each month for being President but all he is doing now (and for the next 13 months) is campaigning for ANOTHER term (you or I try THAT and we will definitely be in another job). But, when you are spending (and living off) our taxes, money is not a issue. And black people DO have serious problems, but they don't buy too many $35,000 plates at his political dinners, so they are pretty much screwed. Go ahead and vote for him just because he's black --- maybe black unemployemnt will top 25%....at least you have a President who LOOKS like you.

Gerald, every other dinner in politics is a "white caucus" dinner

What I was trying to convay was that every time us white people try to have something just for ourselves, we are forced to include Blacks, but they are allowed to have theirs. We are told we must have a "Token" in our orginazations, this is wrong.
Also, don't be afraid to sign your name.
