That looks like the one that belongs to the homeless guy I've seen at the Wawa at the S- curve on 13. Old white haired guy with a beard.
Yes, I think that's the dog that hangs out with the homeless guy with the shopping cart and long white beard....he's a very sweet dog. I hope his owner is ok, he never leaves his side :(
It is definitely the homeless guys dog. They hang out at Wawa a lot of days.
I agree that this looks like the dog with the "homeless" guy. I used to think he was homeless too. However the last time I saw him he actually was living in an apartment on Riverside Drive. He was living in the low income/elderly/disabled apartments right there on Riverside Drive but I'm not sure which apartment.
I do agree with the others that I hope nothing is wrong with the dog's owner and I hope that they are reunited soon.
We just checked with him and he has her with him at Wawa... he must have went inside for a moment or something

awww she's famous! we all knew who she was as soon as we saw her. what a good dog.
The guys name is ELWOOD TOWERS who owns this dog; ex-inmate from ECI and seem around Salisbury asking for some handouts. I given Elwood money for his dog food in the past. Not mormal for the dog and him to be seperated like this..
The dog's name is Gladys. She's a sweetheart and one of the most loyal dogs I have ever encountered.
