the FAA is a joke anyway! ever wonder why they have been called the tombstone agency? every decision they make is an economic one and your life is worth alot less then you think according to them. ever heard of to get along go along. clinton destroyed that agency with all his quotas! most of them have never even worked on an airplane! but they'll tell you whats right and what's wrong! The airlines never pay any substantial fines for shoddy or inept maintenance!

I've seen this scenario played out before.

They will all get issued back-pay during their furloughed period - [aod for not working. I've already seen this in 1995 during Clinton's administration.

Unions are setting us up - to try and get the masses politically involved. This is what is destroying our nation.

This funding is being held up because the republicans want a provision in the bill that would bar unions from the TSA and the dumbocrats want the TSA taken over by a big union
