Willie Nelson Plea Rejected In Marijuana Possession Case

(CBS/AP) EL PASO, Texas - A judge has rejected a plea deal that would have resolved Willie Nelson's marijuana possession case in West Texas with a fine, saying the country singer shouldn't get what she considers special treatment.

1. He shouldn't be treated differently from other people.

2. No body should be arrested for possession of ANY plants created by God.

Look at all the others that have gotten special treatment. Look at the ones that have been caught drinking and driving and they slap them on the wrist. While what he was doing was against the law he was not driving the bus so he was not going cause an accident or kill someone like all the other drunk celebs out there driving.
