Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan will not go to jail despite testing positive for alcohol use last week because a Superior Court judge says she was not required to submit to controlled substance testing after February 25.
Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner said during a hearing Thursday that she did not think Lohan violated her probation by testing positive for alcohol during a recent test.
Sautner says the court record is ambiguous about whether or not Lohan was ordered to refrain from drinking.

It has nothing to do with being Rich. It has to do with not being required substance abuse testing until after February 25th.
All the money she can have and she is crying on the inside. Shows you money and things don't buy true happiness. Another ten years, she will destroy herself.
What is wrong with her?! She has got such talent and she is literally throwing it away on drugs and alcohol. I'm all for having a good time but too much is too much. I agree with those claiming that regular people like me would've been thrown in jail already.
