Good news to say the least, but woefully insufficient. Salisbury needs 30+ new officers on the streets.
You might be standing on Church St in broad daylight, fighting crime but I'm here to tell you, you have had your butt kicked by the criminals. You are losing this fight in a big way.
Four officers...That is like shooting a a b.b. gun at bus coming straight for you trying to stop it.
Look, I'm not knocking 4 officers. Louise Smith and Shanie Shields didn't even want to give us that! All they cared about was protecting their buddy Webster, who did nothing for 10 years.
