Judge Simpson has been removed from the Thomas Leggs murder trial and Judge Price will preside in the Sarah Foxwell murder case instead.
Jury selection will start on April 18th.

Can't be the judge Price from Somerset County, she is a district court judge.
The date for jury selection can not be right. I would belive July or August, but not April.
It is correct. April 18, 2011 is correct.

April 2011? What about speedy trial? Or since this is a death penalty case, does that change things?
TJ waived his right to a speedy trial today. These baltomoron lawyers think they are the OJ dream team and are going to drag it out as long as they can possibly keep that bast#^* alive. Judge Price is from Kent County
i hope he rots in hell
April 18,2011...lets see..he sits in jail, eats 3 meals a day, works out in gym, talks it over with his lawyers for 10 months, then the trial lasts 6 -8 months, with appeals, its highly possible he dies of old age. thats about normal.
