Resume:
Delaware State Police are investigating a one car crash which killed a pedestrian.
The crash occurred when Kelly was running west across Longneck Road from the entrance of Enchanted Acres to an unknown destination. The Toyota was traveling south on Longneck Road and struck Kelly within the south bound travel lane. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and it is unknown if alcohol played a part in the crash on the part of Kelly. Chapman was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash. She was not injured.
Long Neck Road was closed for approximately 2 ½ hours.
