We Need Your Help Finding This Pug

Hey Joe,

Someone came in to the Tourism Center with a dog, which was found wandering in the park behind the center. It had no collar or tags, but pugs are not ones to be roaming the streets. He took the dog, saying that his mother was a vet, and he’d take care of the dog. The owner realized the dog was missing half way to Virginia Beach and wants the dog back. The man who found the dog left no phone number or name, so we have no way of knowing who he is.
