Jay Lavar Grooms... pants on the ground pants on the ground looking like a fool with your pants on the ground. For who doesn't know he fell down because of his droopy pants and when trying to get up was tackled by civilian. ROTFLMAO

The 13 and 14 yr olds that went back to intimidate the victim and assault him or her should be charged as adults in all of the later charges. Whomever they were released to should also be charged for not supervising the persons signed over to their custody. That is pure stupid.

Get tougher on juveniles and it will pay off in 5-10 years.
