Cash-rich builders are buying land again, betting on a turn in the market for new homes

While the MSM is producing articles everywhere on how the housing market is on the rise, one only has to look at our own surroundings and a slight look into the economy to realize that this is just as much hype as the Toyota cars are going to kill you.

Have YOU received a pay increase? Are you in the market for a brand new home? If you were to sell your home today, do you think you'll get what it's worth?

The MSM loves to play these daily games with everyone and perhaps they do have enough influence to change markets. However, this time around I doubt they'll succeed.

By the way. If you were to ask the biggest and most successful Builders here on the Eastern Shore if they are and or ever were "Cash Rich" after the housing market dropped. I know several and I can assure you, there aren't any! The only "Cash Rich" businesses out there are the Banks and even they're taking a serious beating.

I wonder where they get all this BS from? Hint, (Obama)?
