GOVERNOR MARTIN O’MALLEY TO MEET WITH GOVERNOR SHANTSEV OF RUSSIA
ANNAPOLIS, MD – Governor Martin O’Malley will meet with Governor Valery Shantsev of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of Russia tomorrow. The two Governors will sign a Protocol of Friendship and Cooperation between the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the State of Maryland.

Oh wow; this is an important issue here in MD. Why can't we just take care of the people's business; I personaly don't give a rat's tail about Russia and MD having a protocol of friendship and cooperation!
