Robber Turns Himself Into Police
Location: New Castle County Court House
Date of Occurrence: 12/7/09 at approximately 3:00 pm
Defendant: Angel Arbolay, 19, Wilmington, De
Resume: Mr. Arbolay was wanted for robbery that occurred on December 4th 2009, in the parking lot of the Quick Mart, 41 North Maryland Avenue, Wilmington, Delaware. A press release in regards to the robbery was issued by Cpl. Whitmarsh on December 4th, 2009 (See below).
Mr. Arbolay turned himself into the Capital Police at the New Castle County Court House on Monday. Mr. Arbolay was placed in custody for his warrants, and transported to Delaware State Police Troop 6 to be interviewed and arraigned.
Mr. Arbolay was arraigned on four felony charges of, Robbery (felony), Assault 2nd (felony), Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony (felony) and Criminal Mischief (felony). Bail was set at $ 85,000.00 secured bond and Mr. Arbolay was committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute.
