Why not tell us what "litigation matter" since there are so many out there.

Probably a straw vote on Webster. It will be 3-2.

7:39-

Things are booming for Paul Wilber these days despite the economic problems in Salisbury. Between Webster's suit and the waste water treatment plant fiasco, it'll be a big "Thanksgiving" for him. Just like the Salisbury Mall mess, he gets paid for being on the back end after being on the front end, and collects his fee paid by the City taxpayers win or lose.

Wilburrrr is worthless. He should not be the City Solicitor. When Bob Eaton was here, people respected his legal opinion. Mr. Eaton also has a very successful legal practice. Does that tell you why the City of Salisbury has dear ole Wilber?
The city is used to scraping the bottom of the pile. Just look at the department heads, finance, fire chief, police chief, etc.

AMEN, 9:20! Wonder if he's sent Barrie a thank you basket of fruit yet?

AMEN 10:25 AM that is so true. Ireton has the opportunity to appoint a real fire chief and he is getting ready to ram Richard Hoppes down everyone's throats. Stand by! Jim Ireton you are the Weakest Link!
