On September 14, 2009 at approximately 2:16 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to a residence in the College Lane Apartments for the report of a domestic assault. Upon arrival the officers met with an adult female victim who advised that the below listed suspect had grabbed her by the throat during a domestic type argument. The victim displayed minor injuries.
ARRESTED: Eddie Emil Davila, 20 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Second degree assault
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900032576
On September 14, 2009 at approximately 2:55 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Sears Department Store at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of two (2) shoplifters. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised the officers that store employees had observed the below listed suspects take property from the store without making payment. The property was recovered and returned to the store.

On September 14, 2009 at approximately 7:40 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Lowes store on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised that store employees had observed the below listed suspect take equipment from the store without making any attempts at payment. The equipment was recovered and returned to the store.
ARRESTED: Robert Hudnell Thompson, 35 years of age Delmar, Maryland
CHARGES: Theft (over $ 500)
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900032622

Really? That's it for police activity? A domestic fight and a couple shoplifters...no wonder the government doesn't believe we're the 9th most dangerous...
Domestic disturbances appear daily in the police briefs and while many do not realize it,they are some of the most potentially dangerous calls cops go out on.In yesterdays briefs you had not one,but TWO incidents where knives and guns came into play.WTF is wrong with people?Whatever happened to cussing each other out,maybe throwing a few plates and storming off into different rooms?
Now thats funny.
