Resume: Yesterday afternoon, Troopers stopped a Ford F-150, operated by Micah Cuffee on I-495 northbound at Philadelphia Pike, for speeding. I hope the K-9 didn't catch any disease from these villains. I'm sure tracking their odor was pretty easy.
