The Federal Reserve Transparency and Sunshine Acts of 2009 will force the Federal Reserve to furnish Congress and the American people with an account of spending 12 trillion in bailout dollars. Until now the FED has refused this information. No one knows where our money is or what it is doing. Chairman Bernanke claims that efforts to disclose such informantion are 'counterproductive'.
