At last Monday night's City Council Meeting, LYNN CATHCART DID NOT GIVE OUT HER HOME ADDRESS, NOR WAS IT REQUIRED BY THE COUNCIL PRESIDENT!We may deliver the actual video of such some time later today but Louise Smith did NOT require or demand she give her physical address and for what it's worth Folks, If I were Ann I would file a lawsuit against the City immediately.
This BS needs to end right here and now.

I hope Ann files an ethics complaint against Louise. This is hard evidence that Smith singled out Ann for harrassment when she wanted to comment on Webster's bungling of her case. It is clear that this was done to stop other crime victims from coming forward. It's just not right!
On a slightly different subject- have you notice that the DT has killed their comment archive section, after everyone went after Laura for her treatment of Debbie and others? You can still comment on articles but after a day, they're gone, unless you do a search for that particular article. The truth was too much for them to take. Good job again, Joe!
I believe Cathcart also was not signed up to speak--if you watch the tape, pay attention to Louise saying only 1 person had signed up, and then she stumbles all over herself to let Cathcart speak.
Must you give out your exact address? Can't you just give your street, or neighborhood? Or better still -- just give a fake address! "I live at 123 Artificial Boulevard, thank you very much."
She is backed by 3 of the city's slumlords. Richard (for himself only) Insley, Jr., T.J. Baloney and Donnie Williams. Why did the Mayor leave Richard on the Housing Board Committee???
That Cathcart lady always seemed kinda fakey and snippy to me. I started watching PAC14 during the last few months of her term.

Seems to me that the city council isnt the only corrupt business on the shore. Maybe all that nepotism and favoritism Ive heard about IS true. Welcome to the eastern shore.
