Incident: Possession of Crack Cocaine
Date of Incident: 25 July 2009
Location: 200 block of Morris Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Relysee Haywood, 46, Fruitland, MD

Narrative: On 25 July 2009
at 10;12 PM, a deputy from the WCSO responded to the 200 block of Morris Drive in Salisbury for the report of an individual going door to door attempting to solicit a ride. The located an individual, Relysee Haywood, who was determined to be the subject in question. Upon speaking with Haywood, the deputy inquired as to the contents of a small bag to which Haywood replied “crack”. Haywood then stated it was something else. Based on Haywood’s admission, the deputy searched the bag and Haywood and found a crack pipe along with accompanying crack related paraphernalia. The pipe carried by Haywood had been used and still contained the remnants of burnt crack cocaine. Also during this encounter, Haywood began yelling loudly, causing residents to come outside to see the commotion.

Haywood was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Haywood was detained by the Commissioner in the Detention Center in lieu of $7,500.00 bond.

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 26 July 2009
Location: 22000 block of Royal Oak Road, Quantico, MD
Suspect: Male juvenile, 15, Quantico, MD

Narrative: On 26 July 2009
, a deputy responded to a residential youth facility in the 22000 block of Royal Oak Road for a reported altercation inside the facility. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that a 15 YOA juvenile assaulted another resident in the facility. The juvenile was involved in an argument with the other resident when it turned physical and the juvenile began assaulting the other resident.

The deputy completed a request for Juvenile Charges that will be referred to the Department of Juvenile Services. The juvenile was released to the youth facility pending future court action.

Charges: Assault 2nd Degree

i swear once or twice a week there is something going on at the boys home. someone nees to find something productive for these boys to do because they apparently have too much time on their hands.

Really-how do you punish a kid who is already in juvie?

They are just holding them until they are old enough for ECI. I say wave them up now.
