It was one year ago when we found Shred It Trucks around Downtown Salisbury doing the nasty for former Mayor Barrie Tilghman and the Salisbury Fire Department. Even though legislation had been passed top stop any of this shredding, even though a Fire Department shouldn't have anything to hide, the City hired a company to make sure no one ever knew what was being shredded. "I trust our Department Heads," said Shanie Shields.

I wouldn't trust the department heads, expecially Pam Oland. Thats one sneaky b. keep your eyes on her, she has way to much control and she is on a control trip.
