To the individuals who are attempting to put up comments with all CAPITAL LETTERS, they are being rejected. Either act normal or do not comment at all. People quickly grow tired of the YELLING and here on Salisbury News we refuse to allow it. That's just how it is.
So if you've been wondering why your comments haven't gone through, now you know.

Lynn "shimsham" Cathcart yelling like the biotch she is again? I wouldn't take a leak on her if she was on fire, what a minute, I take that back. I'd take a leak on her even if she wasn't on fire.

Maybe some people do not understand that in texting capital letters mean that the person is yelling those words. Just a post for clarimisfication.
