Due to the recent events concerning your gaurdian angel, this is notice that your angel will be re-assigned in 36 hours. You may want to re-consider Joe.

The Wicomico
County Housing Authority won high marks? Must be judging themselves. Currently, despite the desperate need for housing for the poor, they own perfectly good houses all over the area that have been boarded up and taken off the market. Why? To help the landlords get their exorbitant rental fees? Can they give a reason? Just check out the three houses owned by the Authority boarded up in the 300 block of Buena Vista Avenue in Salisbury, for example. Nice touch--color co-ordinated plywood window boards. What gives?
