Alexis Guerrero, (Fernando's older Brother) won his first match in Salt Lake City, Utah Golden Gloves Championship. The three round match against Joe Knight, a Florida State Champion went just as planned, said Manager/Trainer Hal Chernoff. Alexis won all three rounds and is off to a great start. "You fight until you lose or until you win the Championship," said Hal Chernoff.

Cool! I'm still bummed about the post about the child getting killed. But at least there is some good news.
Is Alexis single? Maybe he and Katharine can double-date with Stacey and Fernando. Ba-zing!
The Guerrero brothers are one of the best kept secrets in this country. What's good for the Guerrero's is good for our area.
This area is hurting for this kind of stimulus and couldn't be happening at a better time on our history. His fights are a shot in the arm of revenue for the Civic Center and area business.
