The days and weeks ahead are going to be challenging, but it is in the best interest of the City to have new leadership, and let them make the decisions of who the department heads are, and what is expected to them. I feel that the current ones are spoiled by the previous leadership, or lack of. Most are not going to be receptive to change.; April 20, 2009 at 5:14 PM
