Incident: Possession of Marijuana
Date of Incident: 17April 2009
Location: 29000 block of Naylor Mill Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: 1. Garry Elmidort, 19, Seaford, DE
2. William T. Matthews, 18, Seaford, DE
3. Adam M. Calloway, 20, Laurel, DE

Narrative: On 17 April 2009 at 11:24 PM, a deputy stopped a small pickup truck for driving without headlights on Naylor Mill Road. Upon approaching the vehicle, the deputy observed the three occupants frantically moving around and looking back at the approaching deputy. Upon the making contact with the operator, Garry Elmidort, the deputy detected a distinct odor of marijuana emanating from the passenger compartment. The driver and his two passengers, William Matthews and Adam Calloway, all exited the vehicle and were searched by deputies who located marijuana.
All three were placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Unit where they were processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, all three were released by the Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.

Incident: Indecent Exposure
Date of Incident: 19 April 2009
Location: 6700 block of Blue Ribbon Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Jeremy P. Polnac, 22, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 19 April 2009 at 2:40 PM, a deputy assigned to the Pork in the Park event at Winter Place Park responded to a complaint of an intoxicated individual who had jumped into a hot tub at a sales display inside the event. The deputy discovered that the individual, identified as Jeremy Polnac, got into the hot tub wearing only underwear. While in the hot tub, Polnac removed his underwear and stood up in the hot tub naked, exposing himself to the other patrons attending the event. The incident created a disturbance within the event and was witnessed by many individuals. The deputy removed Polnac from the hot tub and arrested him.
The deputy transported Polnac to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Polnac on Personal Recognizance.

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 18 April 2009
Location: 31000 block of Old Ocean City Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Troy C. Conners, 44, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 18 April 2009 at 3:27 AM, a deputy investigated an assault the reportedly occurred inside a residence in the 31000 block of Old Ocean City Road. Upon the arrival of the deputy, he met with a victim who claimed to have been assaulted by Troy Conners during an argument. The deputy observed injuries on the victim consistent with the allegations. The deputy then placed Conners under arrest for the assault.
The deputy transported Conners to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Conners was detained in the Wicomico County Detention Center by the Commissioner in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.

Charges: Assault 2nd degree

Gotta expect sme of that when you serve alcohol at a public event lol.Maybe he thought it would "plump" if he cooked it(like Ballpark)
