It has been a treat to see so much activity on the Downtown Plaza lately. The Citizens have elected a new Mayor and all of a sudden things are starting to change. Can you smell that Folks? Can you smell the fresh air?

We all know that they have been prepping that building for weeks-maybe months...this has nothing to do with the new mayor, it's just a nice and satisfying coincidence.
At least they are legal workers.
12:15pm at least you saw legals working on that day...many people on the Plaza at different times working on that building, but the guys painting/priming about 2 weeks ago-one looked like the guy Joe had posted on his blog that got arrested from Wilmington I think... just a funny coinkydink...
